We aim to deliver your order as quickly and reliably as possible.

Shipping Options:

We offer shipping within Norway via Posten. Available options will be shown at checkout.

Free Shipping:

We offer free standard shipping on all orders above 5000 NOK within Norway.

For orders below this amount, a standard shipping cost of 99 NOK will be applied at checkout.

Delivery Times:

Estimated delivery times are 3-5 business days. However, Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods.

Order Processing:

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Tracking:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Unclaimed Shipments:

If a shipment is not collected and is returned to us, we reserve the right to charge a handling and return fee.

Delays:

While we aim to meet all delivery estimates, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE:

We hope you are pleased with your purchase. However, if you wish to return an item, you may do so within 14 days of delivery.

Returns:

Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

Garments may be tried on but must not show signs of use beyond a standard fitting. We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount if the item has been handled beyond this.

*Please note, that undergarments and socks cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Return Fee:

Returns are subject to a 149 NOK return fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect. If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Service team at the earliest. In such cases, return shipping will be covered by us.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return has been received and inspected. Please allow up to 14 days for processing.

Exchanges:

Your first exchange is complimentary.

For any additional exchanges on the same order, a fee of 199 NOK will apply to cover return shipping and reshipment.

To reduce the need for returns or exchanges, we recommend referring to our size guide and using the True Fit tool on each product page to find your best fit.

Repeated Returns:

We monitor return activity to ensure fair use of our services. In cases of excessive or repeated returns, we reserve the right to limit or decline future returns.


WARRANTY & COMPLAINTS:

We Norwegians complies with the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act, which provides a right to submit a complaint for up to two years from the date of purchase.

Complaints:

If you believe your item has a defect, please register your request through our return portal here

All items are assessed upon return.

The right to complain applies to manufacturing defects or faults and does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by external factors.

Where a complaint is valid, we will offer repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with applicable regulations.
